WINDHORSE UAE Warranty Policy
WINDHORSE UAE provides limited warranty support for eligible electric bikes and scooters purchased from our official store. Warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal use and requires valid proof of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
- Lead-acid battery: 3 months warranty.
- Lithium battery: 6 months warranty.
- المحرك: Free replacement for a confirmed manufacturing defect within 180 days of purchase.
Items Not Covered
- Tires, inner tubes, punctures, blowouts, normal tread wear and aging.
- Damage caused by water, accidents, misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification or improper charging.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage and consumable parts.
- Motor damage caused by wear, aging or water exposure after the covered period.
Warranty Claim Requirements
Please provide your order number or purchase invoice, product serial number, and clear photos or video showing the issue. Our service team may need to inspect the product before approving repair or replacement.
